dlRaw: make some noise

Hi folks,

finally an update for dlRaw-preview and right before the weekend to give you enough time for testing and working with it Laughing out loud

What's new? Besides some small changes we have:

  • There is a new posibility to simulate film grain.
  • Normalization was added.
  • The multithreading code contributed to the mailing list was implemented, not much, but a starting point Wink
  • The windows version is now also built with multithreading and it looks better now.

Recently I compared with UFRaw, and there is a remarkable difference in the output, concerning the distribution of values. I cannot judge which one is theoretically correct (this work in dlRaw was done from Jos), but I'll try to get some answers for this. Would be nice to know what you think about the different results. For the next release I'll plan to have the basecurve back, easier gimp integration on windows and saving in more file formats.
