dlRaw update

Hi folks,

here is the next dlRaw-preview update. It doesn't include the things I thought about last time (I'm still working on that) but it includes the last work of Jos. He has offered an update to the current dcraw in SVN trunk. So this will allow people with newer cameras to use dlRaw. I also worked in some other changes of the current trunk version, but the flexible pipe is still only there. Enjoy
