Photivo finally multi platform

Hi folks,

I'm very happy to announce that we finally have a Photivo Mac binary to offer thanks to the help of kwip. Additionally Brother John was so kind to prepare new Windows binaries. Read the changelog and get the binaries in the Photivo wiki.

The problem with the 1:1 work flow needs to be resolved. This is about the best RAW work flow program in the GNU arena. This one point needs to be addressed. This is a great piece of software.

Well, the internal structure and 32bit just don't go together. My advice is to get a 64 bit system, where it runs perfectly.
