Photivo: new Windows binaries

Hi folks,

Brother John made new Windows binaries available. Mostly a maintenance release, but you'll be finally able to use the cool integrated sliders which Sergey contributed to Photivo recently. Additionally German users finally get a more complete translation thanks to Matthias Vonken. Download and full changelog in the wiki.
